These terms are the agreement between you and Stallsy. By connecting your Etsy shop to Stallsy you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not connect a shop.

THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY STALLSY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER AND HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THIS APPLICATION.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses Etsy’s API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

1. What Stallsy does

Stallsy is a listing management tool for Etsy sellers. It reads the listings, orders and payment ledger of the shop you connect, and — when you ask it to — writes changes back to your listings.

Bulk editing. Titles, tags, descriptions, materials and auto-renew, across many listings at once. Price and quantity are not yet included — Etsy handles those through a separate inventory endpoint that Stallsy does not write to.
Listing health. A score against Etsy’s own published listing guidance, with the specific gaps named.
Profit and cost. Net profit per listing from your real Etsy ledger and the costs you enter.

2. Stallsy never writes without your instruction

Every change is previewed before it happens. You see, listing by listing, the exact old value and the exact new value, and which listings will be skipped and why. Nothing is sent to Etsy until you press Apply.

Every applied change is stored with its previous value so it can be undone.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you publish to your shop, including anything Stallsy writes at your instruction.
You are responsible for complying with Etsy’s own policies, including its intellectual property rules. Stallsy flags terms that look like registered trademarks, but that flag is a warning and not legal advice, and its absence is not a clearance.
You must have the right to manage the shop you connect.

4. Your Etsy credentials

Credentials are encrypted before storage and are used only to act on your shop at your instruction. When you disconnect a shop, they are deleted permanently and immediately. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

5. Availability and limits

Stallsy depends on Etsy’s API. Etsy limits how many requests can be made in a day; when that limit is reached a bulk job pauses and resumes, and Stallsy tells you it has paused rather than reporting a false success. Etsy may also change or withdraw its API, and parts of Stallsy may stop working as a result.

Stallsy is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Stallsy is not liable for lost sales, lost rankings, or indirect damages.

6. Price

Stallsy will never charge you for something Etsy provides free of charge. Pricing, when introduced, will be stated clearly before you are charged.

7. Ending the agreement

You may disconnect your shop or close your account at any time, from Settings. Closing your account deletes your data. We may suspend an account that is being used to break Etsy’s rules or ours.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, you will be told inside the application before the change takes effect.
